Delete your SMVrater account

If you cannot log in, write to support+smvrater@9gg.app from the address on the account. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Your email address, your password hash, your sign-up and confirmation dates, and your whole rating history are removed from our live system right away. This cannot be undone.

What is not affected

Photos, voice recordings and questionnaire answers are never stored, so there is nothing to delete.
Server logs (IP address, time, page requested) are kept for 90 days and then removed automatically. They do not contain your email or your photos.
Score links you already shared keep working, because the scores are written into the link itself and nothing about them is stored. They carry no name, email or photo.
Emails you sent to support are kept as a record of the request. Ask in the same email thread and we will delete them too.

You do not have to delete your account to stop using SMVrater. There is no way to delete part of your data and keep the account, because the rating history is the only data beyond your login.
